AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMSAUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM OF MISSILE FORCESDesigned for operational control of missile forces during the preparation for combat actions and the accomplishment of assigned missions in the conditions of rapidly developing situation and enemy countermeasures, as well as for personnel training and drills. Components: - a control post of military district missile forces (MDMF CP); - an automated control system of a missile brigade(Msl Bde ACS), including: - a missile brigade command post (Msl Bde CP); - a missile battalion command post (Msl Bn CP); - a launch battery control post (Lch Bty CP); - a missile launcher interface module (MLIM). The objects under control are equipped with means of automation and communications mounted on unified control vehicles (UCV). Assigned Tasks The system provides for the automation of main processes to control the missile forces, such as: - continuous collection, processing, reception of data on tactical situation and its transmission to objects under control; - planning of combat employment of military district missile forces and delivery of missile strikes; - assigning missions to objects under control; - supervising mission execution; - missile attack control. Three redundancy levels are provided to improve control reliability: - redundancy of elements of the UCVs in case of automatic workstation or server failure; - redundancy of elements of control posts in case of the UCV failure; - redundancy of control posts.
