AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMSFLAGMAN COMMAND AND STAFF VEHICLE
The Flagman vehicle provides for: - data exchange through radio and wire data links with automatic message switching; - telephone radio communication; - telephone wire communication; - data exchange among the vehicle’s automated workstations through the LCN with a speed of 100 Mb/s, as well as data exchange with automated workstations in similar command and staff vehicles located at a distance of up to 50 m; - vehicle positioning by a GPS terminal; - relay of information from the monitors of any of eight automated workstations in the Flagman vehicle and four automated workstations in a similar vehicle to projector screens and data recording by a VTR; - information output to laser printers (A3 and A4 formats) from any CSV workstation; - authorized access to computer resources and information. The automated workstations are built around Pentium II (III) special computers and equipped with 15" and 17" color monitors.
